Olaitan Oladejo

Olaitan studied at the Obafemi Awolowo University, Nigeria where she graduated with 1st class honours and holds a Master’s degree from Harvard University, USA. She has passion for completeness and perfection which makes her an excellent professional. She is adept in structured financing of infrastructure projects. She has proffered legal advice to several clients on a variety of issues ranging from the structuring and financing of power and oil and gas projects to drafting and negotiation of complex financing documents.

Prior to joining the Firm, Olaitan practiced with the law firm of Aluko & Oyebode and thereafter with Advocaat Law Practice. She currently heads the Corporate Commercial Group.
